The CCTV is a security blanket for our premises. The relentless rain and gusty winds did not help. One phone call and Ben was attentive to our distress call and with no further delay fixed the fault and had it working. Our experiences over the years with Ban has been excellent. Elecwork installed two new spotlight fittings for us, and I am very pleased with the work they carried out. They arrived on time and did all the necessary work with very little mess, and even put caulking around the area that was now exposed from the previous light fittings, so that they looked great. I called Ben to find a fault with an electrical circuit within a rental property which kept tripping out as soon as it was turned on. I was impressed with the equipment used and how he found the fault. He actually found the secondary fault and repaired that as well. I was lucky he came out over a bank holiday weekend otherwise the fridge freezer would have defrosted along with all the food.
